Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate exchanges for errors in these selections. However, you may cancel your order within a 24-hour window and place a new one with the correct specifications. Order Cancellations

Timeframe: Within 24 hours of order placement

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. Beyond this timeframe, the order may have already entered processing, making cancellation unfeasible. A 10% cancellation fee, based on the total order value, will be applied. To cancel an order, please contact us via email

Returns and Refunds

Returns are accepted within 180 days of delivery. After this period, the order is considered final, and refunds are no longer available. Returns and refunds are permitted under the following circumstances:

  • Items arriving damaged or broken
  • Products differing in design, size, or material from the original order
  • Receipt of incorrect items
  • Significant deviations from the product description

Ineligible Items for Return or Refund:

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
  • Defective items not attributable to our oversight
  • Items lacking original tags
  • Items with minor, fixable thread issues

Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging.

Refund Claim Requirements

When filing a refund claim, please include a shipping label/receipt, proof of purchase, evidence of defects, and relevant communications such as email screenshots.

Return and Refund Process

Follow the provided instructions and dispatch the package only upon receipt of a confirmation email containing the return address. Provide the carrier’s tracking number for returned items. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refund Processing Time

Refunds are typically processed within 2 business days of receiving the return. Upon email confirmation of receipt, we will issue a full refund, including original shipping costs. If there are delays beyond 10-15 days, please contact your bank or credit card company. For inquiries about delayed refunds.
